Villa Padronale – The Main House
The estate’s elegant Villa Padronale is a large historic home that conserves all the charm of the great Tuscan country houses of the late 1800s. Recently renovated and transformed into a holiday villa, it has two floors and sits at the centre of a large park, where the private swimming pool is located.
On the ground floor the Villa Padronale has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a corner fireplace; two bathrooms with showers and a large double bedroom with a private bathroom. From the day area on the ground floor there is access to a large porch, which is furnished with a large table and barbecue area, ideal for summer lunches and dinners. There is also a recreation area where you can challenge friends to a game of snooker or table tennis.
On the first floor there are two large double rooms and two triple rooms, with a double and a single bed. This area is completed by a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a second fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs, and a fantastic view over the park – wonderful for a gentle wake-up breakfast.
Perfectly rural-chic and beautifully decorated down to the smallest detail, our Villa Padronale will make you feel welcome and pampered, the ideal place for a holiday of pure comfort and peace. The park, which stretches in front of the villa, is also at the guests’ full disposal, in addition to the large car park and private access road.
